HVLY™ FRAGRANCES is an Estonian brand founded and based in Tallinn.

We are focused on offering premium perfume sets of authentic luxury perfumes in convenient travel-friendly atomizers.

Our mission is to make high-end fragrances more accessible, flexible, and enjoyable.

What makes your perfume sets unique?

Instead of committing to a single expensive bottle, our sets allow you to experience multiple luxury scents for a fraction of the cost.

You can explore, experiment, and discover what truly fits your personality without overspending.

Are these perfumes authentic?

Yes — every fragrance we use is a genuine, original perfume sourced through trusted wholesale suppliers.

How do you choose which perfumes go in a set?

Most of our sets are curated in-house based on popularity, scent families, and customer demand. If you prefer something personalized, we also offer custom set requests via email.

Why do you sell smaller atomizer bottles?

Luxury perfumes can cost over €150 per bottle.

Our smaller atomizers (5ml and 10ml) allow you to try and enjoy premium scents without financial commitment — perfect for testing, collecting, or using different fragrances for different moods and occasions.

Imagine you bought the full bottle for €150 just to later realize that it doesn't really suit you, you don't like it that much and/or in the worst case scenario - it causes an allergic reaction.

We remove this risk away from you.

Who are HVLY™ FRAGRANCES products meant for?

Anyone who loves perfume — whether you're just beginning your fragrance journey or already have a curated collection.

Our products are perfect for everyday wearers, collectors, travellers, and gifting.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Not yet — but a flexible monthly perfume membership is currently being developed.

Will HVLY™ FRAGRANCES expand to more brands?

Yes — our scent library is continuously growing.

Perfume Sets:

What sizes do your sets come in?

We currently offer:

  • 3 × 5ml
  • 5 × 5ml
  • 3 × 10ml
  • 5 × 10ml

All atomizers are high-quality glass bottles.

How long does a bottle last?

It depends on personal spray habits — but on average:

5ml bottle = ~50–80 sprays or 2–4 weeks of daily use.

10ml bottle = ~100–160 sprays or 4–8 weeks of daily use.

Can I refill the atomizer bottles?

Yes — our bottles are reusable and refillable.

However, we are unable to offer refills, meaning that you would have to refill and reuse the bottles yourself.

How long do the perfumes last on my skin?

Since we use original perfumes, the longevity and projection are the same as the full-size versions.

We are unable to give you an exact timeframe as the performance varies depending on skin type, concentration, and scent family.

Can I travel with these atomizers?

Absolutely — both 5ml and 10ml sizes are TSA-approved and perfect for travel or carrying in your everyday bag.

Can I mix and match bottles from different sets?

Yes — you can request a custom set by contacting us via email.

We will confirm fragrance availability and pricing.

Do you offer men’s and women’s collections?

Yes — but perfume doesn’t have gender. We also plan to offer unisex options for everyone in the future.

Do you offer seasonal or special edition perfume sets?

Not yet, however we are planning on introducing seasonal, as well as limited edition options during 2026.

Do you offer bulk ordering?

Yes — reach out and we’ll help create tailored packages.

We are prepared to offer a bulk package tailored for any special event, i.e. weddings, events or corporate gifting.

Can you help me choose a perfume based on my preferences?

Absolutely — contact us via email or on Instagram, and we’ll help match you with your style and scent personality.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including card payments, bank transfers, digital wallets, and more.

We only use secure payment providers to ensure the safety and protection of your personal and financial information.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to adjust or cancel it.

Yes — gift packaging and personalized message cards are available upon request.

Are your prices the same worldwide?

Pricing may vary depending on currency conversion and local taxes.

Do I have to create an account to order?

No, you can order comfortably as a guest without the need of creating an account.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Estonia, the Baltic region, Europe, the UK, USA, and Canada.

How long does delivery take?

It usually takes us 1-2 days to process your order.

Here are rough estimates for shipping duration to various regions:

Estonia: 2–5 business days, with same day delivery available in Tallinn & Tartu.

Baltic Region: 5–10 business days.

Other EU Countries: 5–14 business days.

USA & Canada: 10–25 business days (depending on customs).


Please note that delivery times are rough estimates and may vary due to customs checks, seasonal delays, or carrier issues.

What if my parcel is delayed?

Delays can occur — especially during peak seasons or customs checks — but we will always assist and monitor your shipment.

Can I change the delivery address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet — yes. Once shipped, address modifications may not always be possible.

Include your name, order number, the original shipping address, as well as the new address you wish to change to.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping is available in Tallinn and Tartu (same-day). International express options vary by region.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it was lost, contact us and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

In case of damages - take photos immediately and email us — we’ll resolve it as fast as possible.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We work with reliable and well-known delivery partners to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Our shipments are handled through DHL, Omniva, and other trusted international logistics providers depending on the destination.

Carrier selection may vary based on location, delivery speed, and service availability.

How do I request a return?

Email us at support@hvlyfragrances.com with your order number.

Please include the reason for refund, photos (if applicable) and a preferred option (exchange of sets, store credit or full refund).

Is it possible to exchange the set or request store credit?

Yes, for sure.

To qualify for a refund/exchange, please ensure that:

- The item is unopened;

- Factory seal and packaging are intact;

- The product has never been used or tested;

- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

- You are prepared to return your current set.

Once we confirm that you are eligible and receive the current set, you are free to choose a new set, request a refund or ask for store credit.

Can I return a set if I don’t like it?

Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, sealed, and requested within 7 days of delivery.

Why can’t opened perfumes be returned?

Due to hygiene, quality control, and safety regulations.

Who covers return shipping?

Unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 30 days, depending on your bank.

If you choose to exchange your unopened set to another one - the new set will be shipped out once we receive the old original set.

The length of the process varies depending on return shipping times and could take up to 30 days.

What if the perfume leaks or arrives defective?

Please document the issue with photos and write us an email with all details attached — we will assess and resolve it fairly.

Can I cancel an order?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet — yes. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Please bear in mind that we process orders within 1-2 days, meaning that on day 3 we prepare your order for shipment.

Once it's handed over to our shipping carrier - cancellations are impossible.
